Additional Resources (non-emergency)
If you’re looking for general information and tools to support teenagers (outside of a crisis situation), the following resource may be helpful.
My Overhelpful Brain is a short, easy-to-read ebook for teenagers (and parents) that explains how the teenage brain works, why thoughts and emotions can feel intense, and offers simple, practical tools to help teens feel more in control.
This is a psychoeducational resource, not therapy and is not a substitute for professional or emergency support.
